Thank you for visiting my website!

I’m a self-taught artist based in Toronto. I received a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from McGill University in 2011.

Most of my works are landscapes and cityscapes that aim to capture the energy, light and movement of both urban and remote spaces. I studied painting and art history in Toronto and Montreal and my subjects have been inspired by time spent in many parts of the world. I’m interested in exploring how light and colour can create new forms. I aspire to capture the energy of a place through experimental techniques as well as unexpected uses of colour. I with in a range of different mediums including oil, acrylic, watercolour and gouache, pen and ink, prints and modelling paste. My influences include impressionist, surrealist, metaphysical and transcendental artists.

I work both for fun and on commission so please reach out if you’d like to commission or purchase a piece.
